Our Pet Policy

We welcome dogs, cats, and service animals (all must be housebroken). No breeding allowed. Certain dog breeds and mixes (e.g., German Shepherd, Akita, Chow, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Wolf‑dog hybrid, Pit‑bull, Presa Canario) are prohibited if 50% or more of the dog’s breed. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. One‑time non‑refundable pet fee: $300 for one pet, $350 for two pets (due at move‑in). Monthly pet rent: $50 for one pet, $75 for two pets.
